Every student want to take admission in good reputed educational institute but their is another challenge waiting for student which is college placements. The placements provides students an opportunity for hunting jobs. Students constantly battle between goal of getting good academic grades and preparing themselves for corporate world, achieving both the goals are tough for students, so college placement plays significance role for student to assure their placements, even before completion of their graduation. Things are not same in today's scenario final year student are facing problem in getting job, In absence aggressive recruitment in current year, several firms putting their recruitment on hold, student of 2020 batch are facing tough time ahead.

Is 2020 is bleak Career for pass out graduates 

Me and my friends were waiting for placements season and to land on our first job, we were preparing for our job interviews, but now we don't know what will happens to our jobs and also about final semester exams. students who got placements are fired from their job, some companies are delaying their offer letter while some are withdrawing their offer letters. sector like banking, financial service, retail, logistic and supply chain where lot of front line hiring  are likely take place delay in their offer letter made to graduates. During this crises companies have been cancelling their interviews almost 60-65% interviews are getting dropped or delayed. B-schools and engineering colleges are likely to have tough year when is comes to campus placement. The placement process of various colleges get impacted due to pandemic which hit business across world. Top level business school like IIMs also get impacted they also disturbed in their summer internship Schedule and placement process. 85 lakh under graduated and post graduates students who passed this year would be staring at a bleak future.

Repayment of education loan

 Employment after education is very crucial because many student took loan for their studies which they have repay after their academic career, so to repay the loan it is necessary of having good job in hand. MBA students usually took education loan for their studies but if they will not get secure job
it wil be going to be burden on their family in coming years.
